How Asembi works
Sign in, create a letter, choose a template, save it, and share it with a link or QR code.
The flow is straightforward: you write the title and message, preview the design as you go, save the letter to your dashboard, and open the finished page when you are ready to share it.
1. Create the letter
The create page is where the letter starts. You enter the title, write the message, choose a template, and see a live preview before saving anything.
- Enter a title for the letter
- Write the full message in the editor
- Choose between the available Light and Dark templates
- Preview the finished look before you save
2. Save and manage it in your dashboard
Once you save, the letter is added to your dashboard. That gives you one place to come back to your letters and manage them later.
- See all of your saved letters in one list
- Open a letter again whenever you want
- Edit the title, message, or template later
- Delete a letter if you no longer need it
3. Open the letter page and share it
When the letter is ready, you open its page. From there the owner can share the link directly or download a QR code image for someone to scan.
- Open the finished letter from your dashboard
- Use the share action to copy or send the link
- Download the QR code for print or in-person sharing
- Recipients open the same letter page from the link or QR code
